We’re Moving!
Citizens Advice Milton Keynes is relocating to new premises in Wymbush.
- Building work and refurbishments are being made to the premises, so we don’t have confirmed opening date at the moment. We estimate the new office will be up and running by early May 2025. Don’t visit the premises now as none of our staff are working there and we have no direct phone line to the building at present.
- If you need advice urgently , text ADVICE to 88008 and we’ll call you back within 3 working days. Our number will show as withheld when we call you.
What You Need to Know:
- Our phone, email and video call services will remain available during this transition; some opening times will change temporarily from Monday 24th March. Please go to the Get Help menu to see further details.
- Our face-to-face community advice sessions are running as usual across Milton Keynes. You can find these in the ‘Get Help’ section of the main menu.
- If you have an appointment in early April, please check your confirmation details carefully.
- Our office in Central Milton Keynes is now closed, and we’re in the process of relocating our staff and equipment.
- Members of the public should not visit our former office on Midsummer Boulevard. Please don’t come to see us at the building as none of our staff are working there.
- We’ll be updating this page , the rest of the website and social media with regular information, throughout April. Please check here regularly or, before visiting us.

- Our new office will be operating by appointment only.
- Clients should not visit in Wymbush without prior arrangement.
