Our telephone and video call services will be operating on a reduced , temporary timetable whilst we relocate our team to the new premises and set up our phone system there.
Effective from Monday 24th March , you can call our local advice line on
0808 278 7991 at the following times:
Monday: NO PHONE SERVICE
Tuesday: 10:00 – 16:00
Wednesday: 10:00 – 16:00
Thursday: 10:00 – 16:00
Friday: NO PHONE SERVICE
Calls to this number are free.
Depending on your issue we may be able to help you during your first call. If the issue is more complicated, we will take some background details about your case and arrange for an adviser to call you back for a telephone appointment.
If you can’t get through first time, you can also TEXT the word ADVICE to 88008 and we’ll aim to call you back within 3 working days. Standard network charges apply.
- Please note that if we call you back, our number will show as withheld.
- If we don’t reach you on the first call, we’ll try a couple more times.
- If you don’t reply, or you haven’t given us permission to leave a message, our staff will move on to take other calls and you will need to call us back when you’re available.
You can also get advice by using our email advice form or online.
