MS Society – Referral Service
We’re working in partnership with the Milton Keynes & District Group of the MS Society, who support hundreds of local people every year, that are living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
This service has been set up for anyone with an MS diagnosis, who is living in the Milton Keynes area, and that may need advice about their money, finances, housing, and benefits.
Our specialist advisers are on hand to provide free, confidential, and impartial advice on:
- Universal Credit, PIP, and other welfare benefits
- Debt and financial problems
- Housing rights and problems with rented accommodation
Our team will provide you with a safe space to talk about your situation while we work to support you in finding long-term solutions.
Anyone referred to the service will be contacted by a member of our triage team, before being referred to an adviser, and the level of support provided will be designed to fit your own personal circumstances.
You can be referred directly to us by one of the team at Milton Keynes MS Society who will complete the secure email form accessible from the box below. Its free to use, and this initiative has kindly been supported by funding from the Milton Keynes Group.
If you are someone with MS who needs our advice, a direct referral from the MS Society is probably the quickest way for you to access our service. To do this, you can contact the trained Support Volunteer at the MK MS Society by email, at [email protected] or call 01908 239151 and leave an answerphone message.
There are a few other ways you can get in touch with an adviser yourself via our general helpline but, due to demand, please be aware there can be long waiting times when lines are busy:
